1. What types of living room furniture does Biciclope offer? We offer a carefully selected range including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–5 business days (larger furniture items may take slightly longer to prepare). After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your furniture is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original condition and packaging. For furniture, returns must be in new, unassembled condition with all original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your furniture pieces durable and high-quality? Yes! We prioritize sturdy frames (solid wood or reinforced engineered wood), high-density foam cushions, durable upholstery fabrics, and stable construction. Many pieces include easy assembly instructions and are built to withstand daily use while maintaining their beautiful appearance for years.

7. How do I care for my furniture?

  • Fabric upholstery: Vacuum regularly and spot clean with mild detergent.
  • Leather or faux leather: Wipe with a damp cloth; use appropriate leather conditioner when needed.
  • Wood surfaces: Dust with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals. Specific care instructions are included with each item.
